Job Description

• Responsible for the production and quality of products, completing daily reports for production.
• Responsible for maintaining/enforcing safe working conditions, and ensuring that all Environmental Health and Safety regulations are met.
• Schedules and directs leads, utilities, and mold changers in the Molding Department.
• Works with production control to obtain molding requirements.
• Monitors production, inventory, and minimizes scrap in the department. Works with the Molding Manager to continually improve the molding process.
• Trains all personnel in the department. Ensures that all personnel are trained with the help of trainers and leads.
• Reports all department and personnel issues.
• Troubleshoots and resolves molding processes.
• Inspects and updates all set up sheets.
• Keeps the department running with minimum down time.
• Continuously looks for ways to reduce costs in the department.
• Works with the Molding Manager to maintain the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
• Keeps the Molding Department in order through 5S standards.
• Schedules and directs mold changers through quick mold change (Quick Die Set Up) methodology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
