Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth production in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Supervise production staff and ensure efficient execution of production plans.
• Monitor the performance of production equipment and resolve any technical issues in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation, including production logs, shift reports, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control (QC), Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proactively address safety risks.
• Handle emergencies and troubleshooting during the shift, escalating issues as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
