Quality engineer in Sheet Metal Engineering Fabrication and Sibling Unit

• Diploma / Degree Engineering - Mechanical Engineering

•Most Important Requirement •

- Minimum NDT level 2 and experience in MS SS fabrication and Assembling

-NDT Level 2 -WPS/PQR/WPS Knowledge

-QAP Knowledge -Fabrication Knowledge

-Inspection Experience

-Material code Knowledge

The quality engineer's responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.

-raw material inspection

-do stage wise inspection of component inspection

-final assembly inspection

-internal inspection report preparation

-customer inspection completion

-TPI inspection

-documentation preparation

-WPS/PQR/WPS preparation

-QAP preparation

-Built drawing preparation.
