Studio Covers is a home furnishings company that works primarily in three verticals: hotel projects, residential projects, and our D2C brand. We are looking at bringing on board a talented and experienced Production Merchandiser as a part of our team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing production and manufacturing processes (in-house, contractual, and outsourced) to ensure optimization of all resources, labour, materials, and raw materials. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet management expectations. 2. Analyze and prepare job cards for the karigars. 3. Ensure that all the necessary materials are available for production. 4. Ensure that the karigars follow the daily schedule provided. Maintain a record of each worker\xe2\x80\x99s productivity and quantity so that their incentives and appraisals are performance-based. 5. Complete status reports for production progress, work in process and raw material inventory. 6. Ensure that the SOPs for production, quality control, and packaging are followed as per the guidelines provided. 7. To maintain a healthy discipline in the workshop such that no time or material is wasted. 8. Ensure that the workshop is well organized. Skills:
- MUST HAVE: A minimum or a high school graduation.
- MUST HAVE: Good Hindi skills.
- MUST HAVE: Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
