Job Opening : Production Planning Executive
Salary : upto 25000/-
Opening : 1 Nos.
? Track the our order with Supplier /delivery schedule
? Make sure the accurate material ready as per orders and timely dispatch of goods,
? Track shipments and provide updates to clients or internal departments
? Coordinating with transportation teams to ensure efficient delivery.
? Raise the complete /follow-ups with supplier if any
? Inflow and outflow of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of goods,
? Update the production schedule to sales team /customer as per supplier updates.
? Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
? Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including incoming and outgoing goods
Skills:
Communication Skills
Drafting an Email or letter to the concern department
Computer Savvy
Sea Shipment Knowledge
Qualification :
Bachelor's or diploma in related field.
