Today Hi-Tech Applicator provides their Quality Products to many Indian and International Chemical Process Industries, Bulk Drug Manufacturing Plants, Petroleum Industries, Paper & Pulp Industry, Water Treatment Units , Fertilizer Industries and many other allied industries.

Hi-Tech Applicator is looking for a motivated, self-driven Planning Engineer.

:

BE / B Tech / M Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of planning experience in project execution in an engineering or product organisation.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Work with the materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.

Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.

Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.

Project/Production Planning

Monitor downtime due to Planning delay, Inventory Management

Scheduling & follow-up with other departments

Knowledge of ERP system and MS office.

Knowledge of Strong organisation and problem solving skills.

Good communication skill.

Preferred Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Production forecasting

BOM preparation

Ensure material on each line against production plan

Release monthly & weekly schedules to the inter plan

Aggregate planning for capacity utilization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
