To ensure on time delivery of sales orders
Analyze booked sale orders and verify technical information & commercial terms against customer PO
Verify availability of FG & raw materials stock
Plan orders and schedule dispatches based on contractual delivery dates & production lead times
Provide order schedule for Purchase, Production & Quality departments
Coordinate with Design department for issue of production drawings & BOM
Create Purchase Request (PR) for bought out components
Create Manufacturing Order (MO) for manufactured items
Coordinate with customer to receive Customer Supplied Items for assembly
Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production status
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
Notify customers and Sales team on any delays and outages
Obtain dispatch clearance from customer & submit Proforma Invoice for payments
Responsible for all post order related documentation work

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 912,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
