Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated candidate to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients, and as part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Sales Representative to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.

2. Material Planning and Inventory Management: Forecast and plan the required raw materials based on production requirements.

3. Production Efficiency and Monitoring: Oversee the daily production process to ensure that products (ropes) are manufactured within the agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.

4. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that products are manufactured according to quality standards and customer specifications.

5. Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet production targets.

6. Resource Management: Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure the availability of the right workforce at the right time.

7. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in production, such as delays, equipment failure, or material shortages.

8. Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between various departments (production, procurement, logistics, sales, and quality control) to ensure smooth production operations.

9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production plans, schedules, and material requirements.

10. Cost Control: Work closely with the finance team to track production costs and work to reduce waste and inefficiencies.

Qualifications Needed:

? Education:

? A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

? A diploma in Production Planning and Control or Chain Management is beneficial.

Work Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in a production planning or control role, preferably within manufacturing environments related to textiles, ropes, or construction materials (tiles).

Salary Range : ?15,000 - ?18,000/month
