Production, Planning & Control/ Customer Service Representative

Qualification : Diploma/Degree Engineer/Any Graduate

Male Candidate

Experience :- 8 to 12 Yrs In Material Logistic Department

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains the main production schedule taking into account all customer orders. Ensures compliance with all customer orders, as well as making last minute changes due to customer or organizational changes.
• Resolves customer requirements problems related to products or services in collaboration with the departments.
• Enters delivery requirements from customers into the system. This includes formatting all data required for planning, purchasing, production and shipping.
• Accesses customer inventory system on a daily basis using "customer portals" to ensure appropriate material deliveries and arrange for delivery of required materials including packaging.
• Contacts customers to ensure all requirements are met and handle rush requests as necessary.
• May coordinate other Customer Service Representatives Maintains reports as appropriate to ensure current information is available plant wide.
• Supports the annual inventory taking.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary : As Per Industry Standard
