Position Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated Production Planning and Control Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing the production schedule, overseeing material requirements, and ensuring smooth production operations to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Production Planning : Develop and manage the production schedule based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Material Management : Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Inventory Control : Monitor stock levels and inventory turnover, ensuring that inventory is maintained at optimal levels to avoid overstock or stockouts.
• Production Monitoring : Track production performance and ensure adherence to the production schedule, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements in production planning, cycle time reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
• Reporting : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management, highlighting production output, resource utilization, and any deviations from the plan.
• Coordination : Work closely with the quality control, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless production and timely dispatch.
• Demand Forecasting : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production with market demand and customer requirements.

Qualifications :

• Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Experience : 2-4 years of experience in production planning, control, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment (knowledge of garden pipes or similar industries is a plus).

Skills :

• Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
