Job Summary
Perform and support activities related to planning (material and/or production) area, such as planning, process and inventory control, monitor compliance of the production schedule in order to meet the agreed deadlines and miximize the production flow and/or forecasted production volumes and consumption needs of the factory.
What you will do
1. Maintain Master Data in APO and SAP 2. Monthly rolling forecast to supplier 3. Place order/call off to supplier and shipping forwarder, monitor shipments and update delivery date/qty if necessary 4. Schedule orders according factory capacity, factory project schedule, constraints, block sequence priority, order ETD request, production lead time etc 5. Create monthly optimal block plan sequence in proplanner and Cplan 6. Monitor KPIs and improve on their losses 7. Planning master data maintenance
We believe you have
- Candidate must be from any Engg Stream, Experience in SAP, Microsoft Apps, Soft Skills- Customer Communication, will be coordinating with customers on frequent basis.
- Should have experience Planning, Knowledge of TPM.
- Experience in SCM and Procurement, Exposure in Imports and Exports (max upto 6 months), should be aware of shipment process,
- Total 2 years experience.
