Responsibilities
- Production Planning ( Plan and prioritize orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay)
- Coordinate with production team for execution of planning
- Schedule shift according to production needs
- Coordination with the QC & Sales Coordination team5 S
- Manpower Handling
- Degree /Diploma in Rubber Technology or mechanical Engineering/ Plastic
- Rubber/ Plastic manufacturing industry 1-3 yrs as a production planning engineer
- Proven experience as production planner
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Technical drawing reading
- Team management
- Flexibility(time)
- Organized(data keeping) and multitasking, planning
- Calm under pressure/ Handling rejection
- Leadership
