Experience: Minimum 3 years in professional photography, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectorsKey Responsibilities:

• Photography: Capture high-quality images of the resort\'s landscapes, architecture, interiors, amenities, and guest experiences.
• Event Coverage: Document events, weddings, conferences, and other special occasions hosted at the resort.
• Creative Direction: Develop and execute creative concepts for photo shoots that align with the resort\'s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Post-Production: Edit and retouch photographs to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, and hospitality teams to deliver visuals that support promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring it is always in optimal condition.
• Content Management: Organize and manage a digital library of photographs for easy access and retrieval.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior photographers or assistants as needed.

Job Expectations:Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional photography experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using professional camera equipment and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography skills, including landscape, architecture, interior, and event photography.
• Creativity: Exceptional creative vision and attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
