As part of our expansion and growth, we are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee our quality functions and help us maintain and enhance our standards.

Job Summary

The Casting Operator is responsible for operating casting machinery and equipment to produce metal parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to follow precise instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Casting Equipment: Set up and operate casting machines to produce metal parts. Monitor the casting process to ensure quality and consistency.
• Material Handling: Prepare raw materials for casting by measuring and loading them into the equipment.
• Quality Control: Inspect cast parts for defects and ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards. Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, including the number of parts produced, defects, and machine maintenance activities.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Education: ITI Certification in a relevant field (mandatory).
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing or casting environment. Fresh graduates with ITI certification are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of casting processes and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Additional Information

• Work Environment: This position involves working in a manufacturing setting with exposure to high temperatures, noise, and machinery. Appropriate safety gear and training will be provided.
• Shift Work: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, may be required.
