Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the production floor.
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Monitor and adjust production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and enforce quality control standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process.
• Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Inventory Management:
• Manage raw material and finished product inventories.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and train production staff.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety training and drills.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
Working Conditions:
• This role requires standing for extended periods and working in a manufacturing environment.
• May involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required to meet production deadlines.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
