:
- Seed indenting and distribution activity.
- Agronomy and SOP checking.
- Monitoring all activity of TFA.
Skills Set :
- Knowledge in various cultivation techniques and harvesting methods.
- Good in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to build rapport, work effectively with diverse groups, and provide guidance and support to farmers.
- Identify and resolve agricultural issues, finding solutions to challenges, and adapting to changing conditions.
