We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Production Officer to join our dynamic team. The Production Officer will play a vital role in overseeing the manufacturing process of our high-quality coatings. The ideal candidate should possess strong supervisory skills, extensive knowledge of paint manufacturing processes, and a passion for ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing process to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

Manage and allocate manpower effectively to optimize productivity.

Monitor and control production processes to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.

Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment and facilities.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and related products.

Strong knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and equipment.

Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Experience Required

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the paint manufacturing industry.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
