Production Merchandiser
Job Description
• Collaborate with designers and product developers to understand product
specifications.
• Source materials and components needed for production from suppliers.
• Develop and manage production schedules and timelines.
• Ensure that production processes adhere to planned schedules and budgets.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for all products.
• Conduct inspections and address quality issues during production.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to optimize costs.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply without overstocking.
• Coordinate logistics for the movement and storage of goods.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to guide production decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align product launches with market demand.
• Monitor production costs and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
• Prepare cost reports and financial analyses for management review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
