Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Merchandiser and CRM to join our team at House of Armuse. The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a process coordinator, ensuring seamless communication and timely production updates to sales coordinators. This position bridges the gap between production and sales, ensuring operational efficiency and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Updates:

o Monitor production schedules and timelines.

o Provide accurate and timely updates to sales coordinators.

2. Coordination:

o Serve as the point of contact between the production and sales teams.

o Ensure clear and effective communication to maintain workflow continuity.

3. Documentation:

o Maintain detailed records of production statuses and updates.

o Prepare and share reports with relevant stakeholders.

4. Process Management:

o Identify potential delays or challenges in production and communicate proactively.

o Assist in streamlining processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in production coordination, merchandising, or CRM roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
