Planning and organization of production schedules.2. Organizing / coordinate the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.3. Identify the training needs & Organizing relevant training sessions.4. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.5. Monitor product standards,coordinate corrective action &quality-control programs.6. Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.7. Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product Quality.8. Strive to reduce the expenses and increase the productivity across all product lines.9. Initiate Kaizen activities10. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.11. Enforce health and safety precautions.12. Demonstrate sense of urgency for all adhoc / un planned requests13. On time closure of work order and escalation in case of unresolved issues.14. Identification & traceability of material.15. Identify risk & opportunities & take corrective action for continual improvement.Competencies :1. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software2. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach3. Experience in reporting on key production metrics - OEE,Absenteesm trend, skill matrix, productivity, efficiency4. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.5. Knowledge of MSD, RoHS, IPC 600 -A, PPE, 5S, IATF16949:2016, Material handling and storage, 16 losses.6.
