Urgent Requirement for a Production Manager for the role of Production and Quality Engineer (Precast Concrete)

Location: Tumkur, Karnataka

Experience Required: 3-4 years in precast concrete production or a related field

Languages Required: Kannada and Hindi (Mandatory)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Production and Quality Engineer to manage the production and quality operations for precast concrete products. The role involves overseeing labor allocation, ensuring timely and high-quality production, and implementing processes for customized client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil or mechanical engineering and experience with precast concrete or similar manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
• Oversee daily production schedules for laborers and ensure proper allocation of tasks based on deadlines and order requirements.
• Monitor progress and address any production bottlenecks to meet delivery timelines.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct thorough quality checks during production to ensure compliance with client specifications and prevent rejections, damages, or returns.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyze client drawings and specifications for new orders to determine feasibility and production methods.
• Provide guidelines for fabricating new molds and developing production cycles for unique or customized products.
• Labor Supervision and Training:
• Supervise contract laborers, ensuring adherence to processes and timely completion of tasks.
• Train laborers on new production techniques or processes as required for custom orders.
• Client-Centric Customization:
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to evaluate and execute client-specific requirements.
• Ensure production processes align with the unique needs of each client.

• Achieve efficient production cycles with minimal delays and optimized labor utilization.
• Deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed client expectations, reducing returns or rejections.
• Successfully execute custom client orders by implementing innovative production solutions.

• Contribute to improved processes for scaling operations and introducing new product lines.
