Satpuda Jaivik Producer Company Limited is a leading FPO of Madhya Pradesh promoted by NABARD, Government of India. The Registered office of the FPO is located at 129-Jail Road, Civil Line Khandwa. The main goal of the Satpuda Jaivik Producer Company is to develop an ecosystem to provide remunerative prices for organic and other regularly produced crops by reducing the cost of production of the crops of the producer members. "Kisan Seva Kendra" has an important role in the development of the ecosystem."Satpuda Jaivik Producer Company Limited", Resident of Satpuda Zone, Small and Marginal Category Farmer shareholders, on 918 Hectares Farming land of 810 cultivars, in natural environment, such organic fertilizers, medicinal seeds by certified organic medicine, Ltd., is a registered organic produce producer company engaged in production under the advice and supervision of agronomists. Satpuda Jaivik is one such platform, where a bridge is constructed between the consumer and the producer system and the work of regular management is done.While the producers directly deliver the produce to our customers as per the requirement of the consumer, on the other hand, the consumer saves himself and the family members from harmful chemicals, pure, fair, fresh and at a reasonable price. And get fresh seeds and growers take pride in their safe and harm free future by eliminating the uncertainty of the grid.The RoleYou will be responsible for :

• Managing the day to day production activities and ensuring that the production shop floor and workstations are running smoothly and cost effectively.
• Promoting operational excellence and production of high-quality products.
• Liaising with different teams across the plant to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Driving continuous improvement regarding line efficiency by periodically reviewing performance results of production lines and taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Reviewing worker performance and implementing coaching and training as required.

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You have working knowledge of BSC Agriculture
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
