Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager at FACETS JEWELS located in Surat. The Production Manager will oversee the production process of jewelry from start to finish. The Production Manager will work with the team to ensure all tasks are executed on time, efficiently and meet the company\'s high quality standards. The Production Manager will advise suppliers and the senior team on inventory control and will be responsible for managing cost-effective manufacturing. Qualifications Experience in the jewelry manufacturers industry minimum 3 years Excellent communication( hindi or Gujarati) and interpersonal skills Proven track record in managing production operations Familiarity with manufacturing processes for diamonds , gold, and silver jewelry Detailed understanding of quality control procedures Experience in inventory control and cost-effective manufacturing Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel. Strong leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
