- In this role, youll be continuously improving our existing processes and procedures and establishing an environment of learning and feedback
- Youll be leading and managing production management for the domain based on business resilience, continuity requirements, and customer expectations
- This is an opportunity to showcase your skills in managing relationships with platforms, domains and stakeholders and to raise your profile across the bank
- We're offering this role at vice president level
- Managing inbound work requests and prioritising work across the domain while identifying scheduling problems or other issues
- Identifying and capturing risks and production environment issues and engaging and coordinating with other team leads across the domain to identify and design solutions to problems
- Making sure our applications and infrastructure are fully compliant with legal and security standards
- Ensuring resilient and robust applications and infrastructure recovery plans for the banks system architecture
- Delivering and managing our production deployments and making sure they meet the appropriate quality standards
- The ability to collaborate with and manage stakeholders
- Experience of working in production support environment using technologies like Java, microservices, unix and sql
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to your peers and management
