PRODUCTION MANAGER- SOLAR PV MODULEProjects \xe2\x98\x86 Equipment Engineering \xe2\x98\x86 Utilities \xe2\x98\x86 Technology \xe2\x98\x86 Operations \xe2\x98\x86 Process Innovations \xe2\x98\x86 Leadership HiringIndustry Type: Integrated Solar PV Manufacturing (Top Line Solar Panels)Role & responsibilitiesPosition Overview: You will be a part of production team and lead a team of junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work closely with vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the manufacturing process.Above role would cover the below:Manage overall production activities of solar module plant end-to endSupport the maintenance team for installation and commissioning of module production line in a safe manner with tight deadlines and start the operations on time.Must have experience in SAP moduleExperience in Preparation of production related safety documents, including HIRA, JSA, PTW, etc.Experience in Preparation of ISO documentation departmental manual, SOPs, WI, Check sheets, troubleshooting manual & training planCollaborate with internal teams to streamline operations across materials handling, production and shippingExperience in Monitoring various inventories and materials to identify wastages and to keep overall costing low.To evaluate team member performance every day to identify and resolve any productivity concernsTo Prepare, calibrate and monitor overall production machinery to maintain optimal production levels and consistently achieve daily targetsTo perform detailed analysis on different types of failures in productivity, do through root cause analysis (RCA) and to implement permanent corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)Excellent experience in handling Process Improvements, Inventory & Rejection Control.Comprehensive experience in managing Production, process development, quality control, cost reduction, training & data analysis.Hands on implementation of kaizen systems in both production activities and process improvements, with a vision towards improving the product quality and achieving customer satisfactionExperienced in both Glass-to-backsheet as well as Glass-to-glass module production and process controlDeveloping streamlined manufacturing process, which boosted productivity and saved costSupporting customer QA team in analysis of field failures and ensuring CAPA implementationEnsure the section 5S is maintained at all times and take necessary action implement for better shop floor maintenance & controlling shop floor activities through daily work management.Excellent Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, POKA-YOKE and 7QC Tools etc.Training and educating the junior associates to Skill up of all the Members for multi skilling and solving their problem on daily basis.Ensure all the associates, engineers wear the required PPEs for safety to ensure safe working areaTo conduct daily Safety Tool Box Talk with subordinates.Knowledge & Skillset RequirementsProject Management & OperationsModule Operations, Process control, Quality mind-set & cost optimization.Vendor Management, Material Planning & Inventory Management & MISExperience in SAPExperience: 5-15 years in Solar Module Production .Minimum 7 years in Manufacturing of Solar PV modules.Desirable: B.E/ B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, I&C, Mechanical, Production) with excellent knowledge and proven experience in Solar module Production.CTC: NegotiableTravel: According to needBased at:Project Site at Rajasthan (Jodhpur)Head office at HyderabadJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 per yearExperience:
