Understand the Customers Monthly Schedule & Prepare the Production Plan with resource planning ( Man / Machines / 1 Material/ Method ) & Meet Production Plan Vs Actual in line with Customers Monthly Schedule Strong Leadership role able to Build / Lead the Team of Sr. enginees / engineers / Supervisors / Permnant & Contractual
2 workers. Also he should have strong demanding approach from concerns departments for achieving KRA ( Key Result Areas )/ MOP ( Measure of Performance ) & for delivering positive results in line with Organization Goal.
3 Participation / Skills of troubleshooting Operational Issues
4 Experience of Project Handling / Planning / execution required
5 Participation in Reducing 7 WasteTo reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ) 6 Calculate the machine wise utilizations plan for monthly Schedule & Plan the actions for meeting the Production & delivery 7 Work on Capacity Constraints & Plan the actions for meeting the Production & delivery
To establish, maintain & improve Manufacturing systems documentations \xe2\x80\x93 Prod report / Daily Rework report / daily scrap 8 report / in process inspection report / 3S-3M report / NK Charts etc 9 Identify the training Needs & plan for Training for Manufacturing Team 10 Material accountability \xe2\x80\x93 initiate actions for monitoring Raw material / WIP / Finish good inventory 11 Compliance to the customer audits & findings. 12 Assign the resources for development & Meet monthly Development Schedule 13 Monitor the cost parameters \xe2\x80\x93 Labor cost /consumable cost & Other Operational Expenses etc Initiate the actions towards continual improvement projects / kaizen
14 / 5S / Lean / Kanban / Process & Motion Mapping / Reducing 7 wastes / Turtle Chart etc. 15 Meet Sales Plan Vs Actual 16 Ensure Shop floor Safety Practices S.N. What? Criteria Desired 1 Qualifications BE Mechanical 2 Age 35 to 45 Years 3 Work Experience 15 - 20 years. S.N. KSAB Status Knowledge 1 Bending, Punching, Plasma, Laser Cutting, Assembly , Machining Processes. 2 Fabrication/ welding processes MIG-TIG-SMAW. WPS / PQR / NDT & Welding Standards 3 CED / Shot blasting / Painting /Powder coating processes
4 Engineering BOM\xe2\x80\x99s & Scope of Projects.
5 Detailed knowledge of available machines / utility
6 Quality Management Systems.
7 Knowledge of Kanban ,5S etc
