Production Manager (pu Foam)
Job Description
Accountable for recording maintaining production, quality, dispatch, sales, workers, store records/inventory maintenance. Cost reduction initiatives, technical support, procurements. Adhesive form products allied knowledge for cutting, stitching chemical formulation. Sourcing, Tool designing, Jig arrangements, feasibility study working on advanced product quality. planning (APQP process), die designing, improving cutting methods. Customer support, generating developing business/new leads, product pricing, sampling. Requirements Should have an experience in the production planning of PU Foam products preferably with good knowledge in adhesive/gumming, cutting stitching of foam products. We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated individual to lead our production team with good communication and interpersonal skills. 8 years experience in core production and handing suppliers, OEM customers, B2B aftermarket. Computer literate with good presentation skills and a lot of drive/energy to bring coordination and cohesiveness amongst all functions to implement the decided strategies and achieve sales plan.
