We are seeking for a Production Manager. Role & responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the production team of tailors,providing guidance,support,and training as needed to optimize their performance .
Keeps track of production ,quantities, document, & report of daily production targets for each process..like embroidery, handwork,,manual,stitching and finishing.
Monitor production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specification.
Coordinate with other department..Such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of orders
Handle any production related issue or concerns in a timely and effective manners,collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions.
Production supervision involves overseeing a manufacturing process to ensure that products develop and materialise efficiently, safely, and at a high quality level.
Reviewing orders for completeness and forwarding incomplete orders for further processing.

Working days: Monday- Saturday Working hour: 10:00 am- 8:00 pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Schedule:
