Salary: Starting from INR 25000/ CTC Location: Partapur, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Job description \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in manufacturing of furniture of Modular Kitchen/Wardrobes/Retails Furniture/Wooden Furniture \xc2\xb7 Responsible to plan, coordinate, monitor and control the production. \xc2\xb7 Preparing Production reports and submitting them to users and management \xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate daily operations of the division \xc2\xb7 Monitoring Input to Output Material requirements, movements as per quality parameters \xc2\xb7 Oversee all levels of team activity and performance \xc2\xb7 Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance \xc2\xb7 Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of line balancing and cycle time study. \xc2\xb7 Coordination among different departments and functionaries for optimal utilization of the production resources. \xc2\xb7 Achieve production targets & formulate action plan for productivity improvement. \xc2\xb7 Monitor day to day rejections & in process rejection. \xc2\xb7 Create database of Engineering codes and standards for Furniture category (Local, International, Company). \xc2\xb7 Develop furniture Product testing capability according to international market/clients \xc2\xb7 Ensuring production, quality control and handling of products is done In line with requirements. \xc2\xb7 Liaising with craftsmen or designers staff about the process of quality construction or manufacture.
