Responsibilities:
A) Management and System Responsibilities:
1.
Management of Production activities \xe2\x80\x93 Quality and Quantity of product \xe2\x80\x93 Take a daily morning round for verification of all production activities including printing and CHS.
2.
Support in Development activities.
3.
Production planning management \xe2\x80\x93 daily as per customer\'s requirement.
4.
Management of Machine and manpower required for production.
5.
Management of Machine and Mould maintenance.
6.
Management of Machine Electrical maintenance.
7.
Management of Engineering stores.
8.
Technical support to production team.
9.
Management of Productivity and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
10.
New machine installation and coordination with technical after sales service engineers of OEM.
11.
Defining new Food Safety & Quality Objectives for Production function.
12.
Continual improvements in Production function.
13.
Guidance and training to the Production team \xe2\x80\x93 One training / guidance session for all the team members on relevant topics.
A)
Executive Responsibilities:
1.
Monitoring of Production function \xe2\x80\x93 Day-to-day operations.
2.
Resolving production and quality issues.
3.
Ensure the health and hygiene of the team in the department.
4.
Prepare CCM performance MIS-monthly. (as per directions from Director).
