• Creating a production schedule and Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
• Training new employees
• Coordinate with other department such as sales, marketing and logistics to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Optimize production costs by analyzing expenses and identifying cost saving opportunities
• Scheduling regular maintenance for equipment
• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
• Optimize production processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills and performance of the production team.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Develop and manage production budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
• Timely production entries into the system (ERP).
• Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
• Make the cost to production data sheets and submit by every month 5th along with the production and wastage reports.
• Can handle email communication across the team and higher management
• Well versed with MS-Office & mainly Ms-Outlooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Experience:

• total work: 10 years (Preferred)
• Kitchen Cleaning Products: 5 years (Preferred)
