BETHLIVING is a 10 year old brand in Home Interiors, Furnishing in Karnataka. We have large format stores in South India and expanding at a rapid growth. A Fully integrated factory for manufacturing all types of Interior & Furniture is our backbone. We are looking for a highly organized production manager to create production schedules, oversee production processes and ensure that the required materials are selected and purchased. Production Managers are also responsible for ensuring that equipment is functioning correctly and that health and safety protocols are adhered to. To be successful as a production manager you must be able to multitask and oversee several operations at a time. A good production manager has excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Creating a production schedule.
• Who can handle furniture planning and production
• Training new employees.
• Plan and meet department budget
• Scheduling regular maintenance for equipment.
• control scrap and costs Requirements
• Ability to develop and engage a high performing work force.
• Ability to build leadership to support continuous employee development.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and experience improving manufacturing reliability.
• Ability to identify, analyse and improve processes and be accountable for accurate and timely completion of production
• Preparing Production reports and submitting them to users and management
• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the division
• Monitoring Input to Output Material requirements
• Movements as per quality parameters
• Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production / quality issues.
• Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
• Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order
• Repair or replace plant equipment as needed
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
• Purchasing the required materials.
• Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to.

Production Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing industry.
• Engineer by qualification with 7+ years and above experience.
• Industry-related experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
