Responsibilities:
1. Third-Party Manufacturing Coordination:
? Liaise with third-party manufacturing partners to ensure timely production of chemical products
according to specifications and quality standards.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party manufacturers, addressing any issues or
concerns promptly.
2. Quality Assurance:
? Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistency and compliance with
regulatory requirements.
? Conduct regular quality audits at third-party manufacturing facilities to identify areas for
improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Production Planning and Optimization:
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast production needs and develop production
schedules in alignment with business goals.
? Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the production
process.
4. Supply Chain Management:
? Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and
components to third-party manufacturing facilities.
? Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory replenishment to prevent production delays.
5. Safety and Compliance:
? Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment at third-party
manufacturing facilities.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing chemical manufacturing
processes.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
? Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, and efficiency, and
provide regular reports to senior management.
? Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
? Proven experience in production management within the chemical manufacturing industry, with a focus
on third-party manufacturing.
? Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, quality assurance principles, and regulatory
requirements.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective
relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
? Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving performance improvements and
achieving results.
? Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
