- Experience in Machine shop like turned and ground parts, Automotive parts ancillary or Engineering Tool industry exposure preferred (Turning, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Heat Treatment.- Ability to improve and design Jigs and fixtures for better productivity.- Ability to execute cost reduction and value engineering projects by automation.- Ability to plan, Schedule and deliver the desired production schedule and meet targets of the company.- Command over managing people and coordination.- Conversant with the approaches like .. LEAN MANUFACTURING, 5S, KAIZEN, KANBAN, POKA YOKE, QC TOOLS, PARETO CHART, FIRST TIME RIGHT.- Development of Jigs and fixtures.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb918,026.46 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per monthBenefits:
