We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in overseeing FMCG production and managing teams. The Production Manager will be responsible for supervising the entire production process to ensure the successful achievement of production goals in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of production staff to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize productivity.
• Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations throughout production activities.
• Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to meet customer demands.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in FMCG production and team management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 980,000.00 per month Benefits:
