Position:Production Manager (Ayurveda)

Location:Kamrej- Surat

Experience:3-10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
• Manage the production team and ensure that they are trained and motivated to meet production targets
• Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet quality standards
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are available as needed
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production meets customer demand
• Manage production budgets and ensure that costs are kept within budgetary constraints
• Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Assessing project and resources requirements.
• New Formulation Development, R&D.
• Create BMR Certificate and Process.
• Take a Approval Government as A Product.
• Raw Material testing.
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
• Determining quality control standards.
• Overseeing production processes.
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff.
• Supervising the work of junior staff.
• Production execution and monitoring.
• Monitor the implementation of weekly & monthly delivery plan.
• To achieve monthly production target through successful execution of monthly plan, minimize rejection at various stages.
• Ensuring the compliance of the Factory in all production areas.
• Review manufacturing record and SOPs and keep update all records.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for Ayurvedic products
• Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
