Job Title: Production Line Operator (Wire and Cable Industry)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Line Operator to join our team in the wire and cable industry. The ideal candidate will operate machinery, monitor production processes, and ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain wire and cable production machinery
• Monitor production lines for efficiency, quality, and safety
• Perform regular equipment inspections and troubleshooting
• Ensure materials are fed correctly into machines and monitor output
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors
• Package finished products according to specifications
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
• Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with specifications
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, particularly in wire and cable production, is a plus
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Good communication and time-management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
