Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Production Line Operator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role is crucial for maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard procedures.
• Monitor and inspect product quality throughout the production process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure the production line runs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Work closely with other departments to meet production goals and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and inventory management.
• Comply with all quality control standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
