Position: Production Design Associate

Overview: As a Production Design Associate at DHK Modular, you will be integral to our production process, contributing your design expertise to create innovative modular products and interior solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that design requirements are met and that projects are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Develop innovative modular construction projects, create 2D and 3D visualizations, and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Identify potential clients and conduct market research.
• Build relationships with architects, contractors, and stakeholders, showcasing products and services.
• Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.
• Establish strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams, monitor timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Proactively seek solutions for design or production-related challenges.
• Create and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Conduct site visits and initial measurements.
• Assist with final measurements.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
• Explain display designs to clients.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in both design and production roles, preferably in the construction or modular industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
