Production Incharge
Job Description
• Monitor and manage hourly/daily production, ensuring targets are met and all production activities sewing, checking on time.
• Set up production lines according to layouts, operator efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the cutting department to ensure timely inhousing of cut panels for specific styles before the production commencement.
• Proactively manage inventory to prevent production stoppages caused by material shortages or delays.
• Provide clear instructions to operators regarding fabric type, handling, stitch/thread colour, and for each new style.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
