Job Overview

We are looking for a Production Incharge to oversee our production operations and ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of customized clothing for weddings. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in production management and a strong understanding of clothing manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in production management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of clothing manufacturing processes and techniques
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and production management software

• Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day production activities
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high quality standards
• Implement and monitor production processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and train production staff to optimize performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new product designs
• Maintain production records and prepare reports for management
