The Production Manager with 15 \xe2\x80\x90 20 years of experience in machining parts, sheet metal, and heavy structural steel fabrication is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. - Collaborate with senior management to set production targets and budgets.

- Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, engineers, and skilled workers.

- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skill set of the production team.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any issues related to product quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular training to minimize workplace accidents.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to production in a timely manner.
