Job Description
Overview:
Responsible for overseeing the ply lamination process, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Production: Supervise daily operations and coordinate schedules.
• Ensure Quality: Implement quality assurance measures and conduct inspections.
• Lead Team: Train and mentor staff, fostering teamwork.
• Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct training.
