PRODUCTION INCHARGE-IN AEROSPACE

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with planning and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Supervise and manage production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive team environment and encourage continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Address and resolve any quality issues that arise.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
