Position Name: - Production In charge

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Backend Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all documentation work during inspections is managed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have expertise in editing documents and experience working with graphic design software such as CorelDRAW , Photoshop, and Illustrator. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high-quality documentation and supporting inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Production In Charge to oversee and manage the production processes at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and a proven track record of optimizing production efficiency, improving product quality, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and control production processes to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets

- Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff, including training and development

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products

- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

- Collaborate with maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability

- Ensure all production is working properly and things are getting done on time.

Qualifications:

- Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent

- 15-20 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of Production management systems and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies

- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software

- Certification production planning

- Qualification : B.tech Mechanical

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
