Job Description

• Production Oversight :
• Manage and supervise the entire production process of food products at production facilities.
• Develop and implement production schedules that align with sales forecasts and market demand.
• Ensure the timely and efficient production of all food products, meeting customer and sales team requirements.
• Quality Control and Food Safety :
• Maintain high-quality standards for all products across the branches.
• Enforce food safety regulations and ensure compliance with local health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Team Management and Training :
• Lead and manage production teams at both branches, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and ensure staff are well-equipped to meet production targets.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Resource Management and Optimization :
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring timely procurement and efficient usage.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
• Work with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of required raw materials.
• Delivery Coordination :
• Coordinate the delivery of finished products to the sales team in the required quantities and time frames.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand product demand and ensure production aligns with sales schedules.
• Ensure that the logistics of product delivery are well-managed, preventing delays or shortages.
• Operational Coordination and Reporting :
• Coordinate operations between the two branches, ensuring efficient production and distribution.
• Prepare and submit regular production and delivery reports to senior management.
• Address and resolve any operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to production and delivery timelines.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Continuously assess and improve production processes, product quality, and delivery coordination.
• Implement new technologies or techniques to enhance efficiency and quality in production.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
