Job OverviewLead and oversee technical operations in agrochemical production at Our Client Place based at Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is a Full-time role with a competitive salary range.Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet quality and efficiency goals in agrochemical manufacturing
- Coordinate and manage production activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and direction for optimal performance
- Collaborate with R&D and quality control teams to ensure product integrity and innovation
- Monitor production metrics and report on KPIs to senior management
