Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Production Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production and manufacturing process of our paper products. This is a Full-Time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the paper industry are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in the paper industry, preferably in a production or manufacturing role
• Strong knowledge of paper industry processes and techniques
• Familiarity with paper craft and product development
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in designing and print design
• Knowledge of printing machines and equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Coordinate and manage the production schedule to meet customer requirements and deadlines
• Oversee the manufacturing process of various paper products
• Collaborate with designers and production team to develop new and innovative paper products
• Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain team for timely procurement of raw materials
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of finished products
• Maintain production records and prepare reports on production performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in the paper industry
