Our Client a leading manufacturer of Hydraulic Cylinders & associated with Bangalore based engineering company (Parent Company) having manufacturing plant at Vatva GIDC. Company established in year 2008 & have recently upgraded their facilities is looking after production person in leadership position.

Position: General Manager- Production & Quality

Qualification: B.E.(Mech)

Experience: Minimum 8-10 Years as a Operations/Production Head with small to mid size engineering unit in field of Hydraulic components manufacturing.

Working Time: 08:30 AM to 6:30 PM ( Sunday Weekly Off)

CTC: 10 to 12 Lacs/Annum based on experience of candidate

Job Details:

• Person should be capable to provide all technical guidance & leadership to Production/Operations team.
• The Production Manager will oversee the end to end production process, from designing for hydraulic cylinders to maintaining dispatch commitments and overseeing the overall quality of the manufactured product.
• Person has to co-ordinate with Parent company at Bangalore & with Directors of company for all decisions related to Production/Quality.
• Person has to Supervise Team of 3 Engineers & 8-10 Supervisors/Workers for Production related task.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for hydraulic cylinder design understanding.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• He will be responsible for Health, Safety & hygeine standards within company.
• He should be capable to resole any problems related to Production/Quality of Products.
• He has to report to Directors & Ahmedabad & Bangalore.
