: Production and Floor Supervisor

Lignum Pro is a leading manufacturer of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and premium furniture, dedicated to innovation, quality, and excellence. We seek a skilled Production and Floor Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, efficient workflows, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production process for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture.
• Ensure product quality at every stage and resolve any defects or delays.
• Manage and train production staff to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on the production floor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage production schedules and resolve issues promptly.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.
• A degree or diploma in Engineering or related field is preferred.
